Balcones Country Club Women’s Association (BCCWA) holds Market Days each year for the sole purpose of providing scholarships to deserving high school graduates for higher education. Our vendors' participation and marketing efforts make this possible every year. Thank you for your support!
This year’s event kicks off on Friday, November 1, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. On Saturday, November 2, the doors will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Please let your customers know they are invited Friday night and Saturday. |
Vendor Booth Terms and Conditions
Vendor Booth Fee for the 2-day event:
Regular Booth Approx 75-80 ft2 - $175
Includes - 1 table and 2 chairs
Large Booth - Approx 140 - 160 ft2) - $275
Includes - 2 tables and 2 chairs
Electricity can be provided to booth for an additional $25 fee.
Choice of 6' or 8' table. Table covers are not provided.
Regular Booth can be shared by 2 vendors; Large Booth cannot be shared by 2 vendors.
Vendors are REQUIRED to donate an item for the Silent Auction valued at $50 or more, (No Gift Certificates Please). If 2 vendors are sharing a single space, both vendors are required to donate an item.
Vendor setup time is from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 3. Please arrive no earlier than 1:30 p.m. for setup and complete your setup no later than 4:30 p.m.
Vendor booth spaces are limited. Please reserve you space as soon as possible. We will accept applications for vendors with merchandise appropriate to our event on a first come, first serve basis.
Vendors will be listed in the 2024 Market Days Pamphlet which is given to those attending the event if agreement and payment are received before the brochure goes to press.
