BCCWA Scholarship Foundation
The Balcones Country Club Women’s Association Scholarship Foundation (BCCWASF) was officially designated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by the IRS in 2009. As a recognized public charity, all contributions to the BCCWA Scholarship Foundation are tax deductible. The BCCWASF is proud to have awarded a total of $548.100 to 235 students since their first scholarship of $1000 in 2004! |
How We Raise Funds
To support our mission of funding scholarships for local high school students, BCCWA organizes several engaging fundraising activities throughout the year:

- Annual Market Days Event
This public event is one of our most significant fundraisers, featuring a variety of local vendors, artisans, and community partners. Market Days is open to the public and helps raise a significant portion of our scholarship funding. - Dollars for Scholars Direct Donations
- Monthly Luncheon Raffles
Our luncheons bring together members and guests for informative or entertaining presentations, social connection, and fundraising. Many of our speakers and vendors generously donate raffle items or contribute a portion of their proceeds from sales made at the luncheons. - Cookbook sales and other fundraising activities.
